Sessions are tailored to your personal fitness goals and designed to provide you with maximum benefits in the shortest timeframe. To see great results, book in for a minimum of 2 sessions weekly. Muliple session discount packages are available.<\/p>\n
Session prices:<\/strong><\/p>\n $120 for 60 minutes<\/p>\n $95 for 45 minutes<\/p>\n $80 for 30 minutes<\/p>\n Packages are available, please email for pricing.<\/p>\n Personal training sessions and packages can be shared by two people.
