Kiersten is an ESSA accredited exercise physiologist and exercise scientist having completed her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) in 2016 and her Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2015. Kiersten is also an accredited yoga instructor, holding a 1440-hour yoga teaching diploma.<\/p>\n
Kiersten understands the difficulties people face when living with chronic disease or chronic pain. Kiersten provides a non-judgemental and understanding service, with a focus on assisting you to move forward and achieve the best outcomes possible in the treatment and management of your condition.<\/p>\n
